Who can attend?

There are no restrictions on sectors that can attend the event, but we stress that the World Humanitarian Forum and co-located events are essentially B2B and B2G events.

Where will the event take place?

This edition of the World Humanitarian Forum will take place virtually, easing accessibility and promoting inclusion of delegates from across the globe who will be able to register and attend the Forum as well as the Shows/Exhibitions from anywhere, as long as they have access to internet.

How can I register for the shows/exhibitions?

Once registered to one event, you will have access to all three co-located events. Registrations are valid for both 19th and 20th April 2021.

(Please note this does not include access into the World Humanitarian Forum).

Are the shows/exhibitions free to attend?

Our co-located events - Aid & Trade, International Disaster Management Exhibition and Emergency Show are all free to attend.

The World Humanitarian Forum is a paid event and tickets can be purchased HERE

When will I receive the link to the event?

Once registration is completed, you will receive a confirmation email, containing your e-ticket. Your access to the event platform will also be sent to you via email between 14 and 7 days prior the event.

Can I edit my registration details?

Can I register on the day of the event?

Yes, you can. However, we strongly recommend you to pre-register online, in order to guarantee your tickets as we are expected to sold out.

Is my registration specific to a day?

No. Once you register, you have access for both days 19th and 20th May 2021.

Is my ticket refundable? 

All tickets are not refundable. 

Can I transfer my ticket?

Yes. You will be able to transfer your ticket as long as the recipient belongs to the same ticket group as you. (I.e. Government to Government, Private Sector to Private Sector)

Is the event age restricted?

Attendees must be 16 or older in order to attend WHF London 2021.

Will I need a visa?

Not for this event. WHF London 2021 will be entirely digital for attendees and exhibitors, therefore you will be able to attend the event and the shows/ exhibitions from anywhere in the world as long as you have access to internet.
