Who can attend?

There are no restrictions on sectors that can attend the event, but we stress that the World Humanitarian Forum and co-located events are B2B and B2G events. 

Are children allowed?

Ticket holders must be 16 or older.

How can I register for the Forum (Main Stage, Aid&Trade Roundtables and Exhibitions)?

Once registered to one event, you will have access to all sessions on Main Stage and Aid&Trade Roundtables as well as the Exhibition Centre. Registrations are valid for both 21 and 22 September 2021.

Is the show free to attend?

The World Humanitarian Forum New York 2021 is a paid event and tickets can be purchased HERE

When will I receive the link to the event?

Once registration is completed, you will receive a confirmation email, containing your e-ticket. Your access to the event platform will also be sent to you via email on the day prior to the event.

Can I register on the day of the event?

No. Registrations will close on 20 September 2021, 24 hours before the start of the event. It is important that you pre-register online in order to guarantee your tickets as they are expected to sell out.

Is my ticket refundable? 

All tickets are non-refundable. 

Where will the event take place?

This edition of the World Humanitarian Forum will take place virtually, easing accessibility and promoting inclusion of delegates from across the globe who will be able to register and attend the Forum from anywhere, as long as they have access to internet.

Can I edit my registration details?

No, you can't. However, if you need to update any information, please contact us at info@whf.london

Is my registration specific to a day?

No. Once you register, you have access for both days 21 and 22 September 2021.

Can I transfer my ticket?

Yes, you can transfer your ticket to someone else who is eligible to access the event.

Venue/Exhibiting

Where is the show held?

Exceptionally in 2021, due to Covid-19 pandemic, the show will be predominantly virtual.

Can my company have a Digital Booth for exhibition?

Yes. For more information, please contact us about your company and digital booth requirements at info@whf.london.

Will I need a visa?

Not for this event. WHF New York 2021 will be entirely digital for attendees and exhibitors, therefore you will be able to attend the event and the shows/ exhibitions from anywhere in the world as long as you have access to internet.
